CLINICAL DIRECTOR, LMFT, OTR
Cara Grant brings her expertise in working with children and families in both education and private settings. Her experience includes working with children with ASD, ADHD, behavioral issues, relational problems, regulatory disorders and social-emotional issues. She works with children, families, couples, and individuals from an integrated relationship-based approach that appreciates differences and builds on strengths. Cara is also a Holistic Nutritionist and works with her clients to make connections between emotions, nutrition and eating in order to heal and/or achieve a more balanced, healthy life. Cara’s therapy style is warm, active, playful, and individualized and has a strong clinical foundation. As Introspective’s Clinical Director, Cara facilitates the collaboration and continuity between all of the therapy services and works to develop new programs.
Cara received her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She received her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and Holistic Nutrition from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington.
