Anviksha Kalscheur is a visionary in family healing whose leadership is shaping a new paradigm in therapy β€” one that is integrative, culturally aware, and deeply human. As the founder of Introspective Family Therapy, she has created a movement where therapists and clients grow together, learning to navigate life’s challenges with courage, clarity, and compassion.

Her approach is rooted in the belief that healing is multidimensional. Drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, neuropsychology, and other Western modalities, she weaves in the wisdom of Eastern psychology, mindfulness, yoga, and somatic processing. This blend allows her to address not just symptoms, but the whole person β€” mind, body, and spirit β€” while offering therapists a model of practice that is both evidence-based and soul-centered.

Anviksha’s journey has been one of ongoing learning and expansion. While earning her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, she also conducted research on race, prejudice, culture, and acculturation. Her work with leaders in transpersonal psychology and her study of diverse spiritual traditions inform her grounded yet innovative style.

Through speaking engagements, conference presentations, and guest lectures for graduate programs in Marriage and Family Therapy, Anviksha inspires others to think bigger about what therapy can be. Her leadership at Introspective is rooted in leading by example β€” demonstrating that professional excellence and personal evolution go hand in hand. She is passionate about helping individuals, families, and organizations embrace growth, build resilience, and connect to the deeper truth that healing is always possible.
