Reflecting on 2025: Growth, Community, and What Comes Next

As we close out 2025, we find ourselves reflecting on a year marked by both deep connection and real uncertainty. From growing concerns about teen mental health to the presence of ICE in our cities and the weight many families are carrying, this year has asked a great deal of us. And yet time and time again, we see that when we show up with love, we build resilience.

The winter months invite inwardness. A slowing down, a listening more closely to what we and our communities need and how we can serve best. As we head into the new year, rather than only focusing on things we want to change, we’ve been reflecting on times when we chose love. We invite you to ask yourself these questions, too. Take a look and honor the things that you did well. How did you love yourself or someone else and show up for them? What do you want to carry forward?

At Introspective, we are carrying our loving, collaborative spirit into the new year. Our values continue to be rooted in relationships, community, and choosing to act from love over fear.

In 2025, we entered a season of growth — not for the sake of growth, but to better meet the needs of the individuals and families we serve. This year, we expanded our therapeutic model of care into Colorado and New York, and we’re preparing to open a Denver office in January 2026.

We also launched our Family Restructuring Center — a transformative service to help more families navigate divorce, separation, or big transitions with deep compassion and intention. Our services include co-mediation, conscious divorce mediation, divorce and co-parenting coaching, and therapeutic support for the whole family.

Each step forward has been guided by the same commitment: to provide thoughtful, relational, and accessible therapy that honors the full context of people’s lives. We’re grateful to our clinicians, staff, and clients for trusting us and growing alongside us.

Communal healing is deeply, deeply powerful. Since launching our Teen Support Groups in 2020, we’ve seen again and again how much can shift when people realize they’re not alone.

Building on that momentum, we’re expanding our group therapy offerings — including several new groups launching in 2026. These spaces are designed to foster connection, reduce isolation, and create room for shared understanding across life stages and identities.

  • A group for adult parents and adult children seeking to better understand one another’s experiences, repair communication, and find greater inner peace. You don’t have to attend with a family member! Participants come together across generations to explore family dynamics, heal lingering trauma, and build empathy.
