An online program for men looking to show up authentically and purposefully in all aspects of their lives.

In this group, you’ll discover how to nurture your mental and emotional well-being as you build community and understand more about yourself and your journey.
Whether you’re seeking personal growth, practical wellness tools, or a supportive space to recharge and connect with other men, this weekly group offers a unique opportunity to help you build a stronger relationship with yourself — and those around you.
The Details
→ Ongoing sessions, beginning October 8, 2025
→ Meets weekly on Wednesdays from 6:00 – 7:00 PM CST
→ Virtual via a secure videoconferencing platform
→ Nine members maximum, to make sure everyone has time and space to share and connect
→ New members accepted on a rolling basis at the beginning of each month (if space allows)
→ Cost: $40 per session, $280 for an 8-week package discount ($40 savings!)
→ Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO accepted for clients in Illinois

Our weekly Men’s Mental Health Group is designed for men interested in a supportive space to grow and evolve.

How does group therapy work?
Group therapy can be one of the most powerful ways to tap into new parts of your life and gain self-knowledge. We purposely keep the size of our group therapy sessions to just nine men—so trust, rapport, and camaraderie are built.
Each week starts with an optional check-in where you’ll have the opportunity to share more about your goals and focus. We’ll discuss tapping into our community as a source of insight and support, explore practical tools, and set new intentions for the week ahead.
