You feel stuck in old patterns but you’re ready for concrete skills that really work

You’re ready to build a life that feels steadier, more intentional, and less driven by crisis or emotional reactivity

You’re seeking accountability, structure, and consistency, but struggle to implement these on your own

You’re in individual therapy and want a structured, skills-based supplement

You’ve completed PHP or IOP and are looking for continued support without full-time treatment

Meet Your Facilitator, Danielle Arntson, LPC

Danielle believes that therapy is a transformative and collaborative process, and her approach is rooted in vulnerability, honesty, and humor. By understanding how traumatic experiences impact thoughts, behaviors, and beliefs, Danielle offers a non-pathologizing space for diagnoses like Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Bipolar disorder, and Borderline personality disorder. Always trauma-informed, her practice draws from attachment theory, DBT, motivational interviewing, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
