Licensed Therapist Position (Clinical and Associate)

As within, so without.

โ†’ We believe true change starts within. Your career is a place that supports your own growth.

โ†’ Your inner work isn't a box you check once. It's ongoing, and it's part of what makes you a trustworthy guide for the families you'll sit with.

โ†’This is more than a job, this path is a true calling

Who We Are

Introspective is a family wellness practice founded in psychospiritual principles (non-religious) โ€” we work at the intersection of the mind, body, and spirit. We've built something different: a practice that's more loving, more sustainable, and more honest about what it really takes to hold other people's pain week after week. We take the energy of our passion and purpose so our work stays inspiring and enjoy the discovery of introspection. We don't believe you can offer clients depth you haven't touched yourself. So we build in the time, support, and accountability for our therapists to keep doing their own work โ€” not as a formality, but as part of the craft. We collaborate closely, support each other and expect real self-accountability from everyone on the team. The result is care that's exceptional because it's embodied, and a team that can sustain itself in this work long-term. All the while understanding that part of the process is also to have fun and play. If inner work, self-accountability, embodiment, and transformation are already how you try to live โ€” you'll feel at home here.

What We're Looking For

โ†’ Someone who can provide therapy for couples, families, individuals, and children.

โ†’ A systemic thinker, excited to collaborate with a team rather than practice in isolation.

โ†’ Motivated to keep learning โ€” staying current on research and therapeutic approaches.

โ†’ Familiar with, or genuinely open to, alternative and embodied approaches: mindfulness, yoga therapy, somatic work, and other practices that work through the body, not just the mind.

โ†’ Currently in your own individual therapy, or has completed at least one year or more of it. โ€” we consider your own therapeutic relationship part of your clinical competency.

โ†’ Able to hold and understand all levels of the family system: individual, couple, and family dynamics.

โ†’ Experienced with diverse family structures and cross-cultural families.

โ†’ Available some Saturdays; evening hours required.

About Introspective

Introspective Family Therapy is a psychospiritually-rooted therapy center focused on restoring the family system โ€” couple, individual, child, or the whole family. We work with trauma, life transitions, and the full range of issues that show up in relationship, integrating meditation, mindfulness, and body-focused work alongside talk therapy, because we believe transformation has to be felt, not just understood. The right person for this role is a self-starter drawn to a private-practice-style setting, ready to be as accountable to their own growth as to their clients'. We meet for case collaboration every two weeks on Friday mornings. If this feels like recognition more than a job description, send a letter of interest and resume to intake@introspectivefamilytherapy.com.
